Accessible Holiday: Special services in common areas, restaurants and the beach section are among the facilities provided by the facility for disabled and pregnant guests to have a more comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and night buffet meals are free. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within the brands determined by the facility are free of charge at Rixos Lounge 24 hours a day. Food is prepared for guests who request special food such as diabetic, gluten-free etc. Fresh fruit juices are served at breakfast in the main restaurant. Ala Akşam, Piazetta Taliana, Z'Asya A La Carte Restaurants are free of charge. A la carte restaurants are open between 18.30-22.30. A la carte restaurants are open 6 days a week and People's A la carte restaurant is open 24/7 without reservation. Minibars are filled once a day with soft drinks, soda, water, fruit juice, chocolate wafers and crackers.

There are 5 bars in the facility during the winter season. Malt-Scots, Bourbon-Irish whiskey, VSOP- VSO- VS cognac and brandy, premium-standard-fruit flavored vodka, anejio-gold-silver tequila, light-gold rum, standard-premium-exotic liqueurs, all types of raki and local and imported beers are free of charge.

The facility, located right on the seafront, has a 700 m long beach. The facility beach is not open during the winter season.

The facility offers kickboxing, yoga, pilates, darts, tennis, daily tournaments and live music on certain days. The Rixy Kids Club in the facility offers a free Soft Play Room for children between 24 months and 4 years old. (A parent must be with the little ones to use this section.)

There is a paid babysitting service for children between 24 months and 4 years old. Rixy Mini is open between 09.00-00.00 for the 4-12 age group. There are children's shows, fun activities, playstation (free), mini disco and a playground.
