Nills Stone House Otel

Nill's Stone House Hotel is an old Greek stone house registered with the Council of Monuments, located in Çiftlikköy, the last remaining virgin village in the Çeşme region of İzmir, 300 meters away from the sea and the beach. Our hotel was first built in the late 18th century for one of the leading families of the region and was used by the family for approximately 100 years. The structure has been inhabited continuously for a century and has attracted considerable attention due to its location. Umart Architecture Office, which took over the structure in 2010, completed the difficult restoration work that lasted 4 years by carefully using building materials and workmanship that are true to the original. Some of the materials used in the structure, including the stones of the stone walls, also belong to the original structure. The building, which was rebuilt in accordance with the original, was built according to old construction techniques by cutting the stones completely by hand, without using modern mortar and concrete materials. Since the ceiling and floor are wooden, our building is light and earthquake resistant.

Çiftlikköy has been a fishing town for centuries, and our village still operates on the principle of a fishermen's cooperative. The fish caught by small fishing boats throughout the night are sold at 10:30 in an open auction, which everyone can participate in. The large red mullet, octopus, lobster and calamari of the region are offered for sale live. Can Baba Fish Restaurant and Salonis Meyhane, which are frequented by celebrities, are wonderful establishments famous for their unique Aegean appetizers, fresh fish, lobster, octopus and alcohol service. These establishments are only 200 meters away from our hotel, and offer special discounts and reservations to our guests (It is very difficult to find an empty table in these establishments during the season).

It is very easy to reach our hotel. You can connect to the Çeşme highway without leaving the new Istanbul-İzmir highway and come to Çeşme from the highway, or you can use the free ring road between İzmir and Çeşme. The distance from the Çeşme highway toll booths to our hotel is only 5.5 km. Our business is 1 km away from the Chios Island Port and Çeşme Marina.

Sahil Nill's Stone House Hotel is 300 meters away from Çiftlik Public Beach. It is 3 km away from Çeşme Center and 10 km away from Alaçatı. It is 3 km away from the world famous Altınkum, Pırlanta, Boyalık beaches and 7 km away from Ilıca Beach. We have agreements with famous beaches and beach clubs, our guests can enter and make reservations for these beaches without paying any fee.
