Ateşin Konuk Evi

Ateş's Guest House, located in Ayvalık Center, was first built in 1882 and its restoration was completed in 2020. The historical Greek house, consisting of 3 floors and 5 rooms, has a courtyard garden. All rooms have shower/WC and air conditioning. Ateş's guest house is located in Fethiye Neighborhood, one of the first neighborhoods established by the Greeks in Ayvalık. The building, which was previously used as a house, was reorganized and started to provide service after shower/WC was added to all rooms. The facility has an inner courtyard.

You can drive up to the guesthouse and park your car on the guesthouse street. The facility, which is equally distant from all historical and touristic locations, is 9.1 km from the Blue Flag Sarımsaklı Beaches and 5 km from the popular touristic spot Cunda (Alibey) Island. The facility is 550 meters away from Ayvalık Central Beach.
