Ticket Cancellation, Exchange and Suspension Rules

If you want to cancel your ticket, a punitive deduction in the amount of a refund may be applied. Your refund will be credited to your account within 1-7 business days depending on your bank's procedure.
If you want to make changes to your ticket or have an open ticket, you may need to pay an additional fee. The possibility of these operations on tickets and the determined amounts of punitive deductions or additional charges are completely dependent on the rules established by the airlines

Online check-in starts 24-48 hours before the flight and closes 60-90 minutes before the flight. (It depends on the company.) If your flight is more than 24-48 hours away, the company will not allow online check-in.
Turkish Airlines-Anadolu Jet and Pegasus companies request a PNR number and surname during the online check-in process. You must write your surname in capital letters and without using Turkish characters.
SunExpress company requests the departure airport, PNR/E-ticket number, name and surname during the online check-in process. You must write your first and last name in capital letters, without using Turkish characters, and if you have two names, without spaces, in a combined way.
