The bus company, headquartered in Zonguldak Karadeniz Ereğli district, was founded in 1960 under the name 'Erçelik', inspired by the name of Ereğli Iron and Steel Factories. In 1973, it merged with the ÜSTÜN company founded by Durmuş ÜSTÜN in 1962 and took the name Üstün Erçelik. Üstün Erçelik Turizm wants to be one of the most sought-after bus companies in passenger transportation and to offer the best service and safety to its passengers. However, due to various reasons in the following years, the company decided to end its activities.
