How Can I Benefit from the Campaign?

Only Obilet members who purchase an international bus ticket for the first time through the Obilet mobile app between July 13, 2026 and December 31, 2026 may benefit from the campaign.
The campaign is not valid for bus routes departing from Türkiye
Download the Obilet mobile app from your device's app store and create a membership account. Sign in to the Obilet mobile app with your new account. If you already have an account, sign in to your membership account.
After signing in, select the bus ticket you would like to purchase.
Enter the APPBUS discount code in the "Coupon Code" field on the payment page.
Click the Add button to apply the discount. If the discount is not applied, make sure the bus ticket you selected meets the campaign terms and conditions.
Coupons may only be used once.
Please note that you cannot participate in the campaign retroactively if the campaign code is not entered during the purchase process.

Campaign Terms and Conditions:

The campaign is valid for international bus tickets purchased by members through the Obilet mobile app between July 13, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
As part of the campaign, you can get 5% off eligible international bus tickets purchased through the Obilet mobile app using the APPBUS code.
The campaign is not valid for bus routes departing from Türkiye
The discount code must be used between July 13, 2026 and December 31, 2026. Discount codes will expire after this period. There are no restrictions on the travel date.
The campaign code is valid only for first-time purchases made through the Obilet mobile app after creating a membership account and completing payment. The campaign and discount code are not valid for purchases made using a pay-later option.
The service providers' own terms and conditions regarding their services remain applicable. Obilet cannot be held liable for matters arising from these service providers or for circumstances for which they are legally responsible.
Each user may benefit from the campaign and use the code only once.
The terms and conditions of the service provider will also apply during purchase and reservation transactions.

What Should I Know About Cancellations and Refunds?

Bus tickets purchased using the discount code should not be canceled or modified.
If a bus ticket purchased using the discount code is canceled, changed, or otherwise modified, the discount amount will not be refunded.
The campaign does not grant customers any vested rights.

Legal Notices

The campaign and any benefits earned are non-transferable and indivisible and cannot be combined with any other campaign, discount code, or special price.
The campaign and discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash or sold to another person.
Obilet reserves all rights regarding any losses or damages that may arise from use contrary to applicable laws or campaign terms and conditions, or from failure to meet the campaign terms and conditions.
Obilet reserves the right to unilaterally amend the scope, duration, and terms and conditions of the campaign, or to suspend, modify, or terminate the campaign without prior notice. If the campaign terms and conditions are amended, users who have not completed their reservation and payment before the amendment will not acquire any rights. In such cases, users may not claim any vested rights.
