The conditions for ticket cancellation are as follows:
- If the flight time is less than 1 hour away, the ticket cannot be cancelled.
- Only for tickets purchased online, if there is more than 12 hours before the flight time, a refund can be provided with a deduction of 15% of the ticket price.
- If there is a time limit between 12 hours and 1 hour before the flight time, a refund can be provided by deducting 35% of the ticket price.
- Refund transactions take place between 1-2 business days to credit card and 2-10 business days to account/debit card.

The conditions for changing tickets are as follows:
- Changes to the ticket cannot be made when the trip time is less than 1 hour away.
- An additional fee of 3 TL is applied for modification transactions. The ticket you want to change will be refunded and the new ticket fee + 3 TL will be charged by you and the change process will be performed.
- The change of seats is free of charge.
- Additional Information: No cancellation is made for ferry tickets.
Can I travel with my pet on the ferry service?
- Only small pets such as dogs (provided that they wear mouthpieces), cats, rabbits can be transported in the hand cage in a suitable area other than the passenger lounge where the staff will show them.
- Birds can be transported inside the passenger lounge provided that they are in their cages.
- Ferry personnel have the discretion to refuse the transportation of pets in cases of suspected health or safety concerns.
- Pets will in any case have transport documents in accordance with the relevant legislation and medical certificates to be shown when asked.
- Ferry personnel cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of the health condition of the transported animal before, during or after the trip.
